If you can't take care of cats in your home here is a great opportunity to volunteer. We have cats that are taking a turn in the windows at Pet Valu in Colonnade Shopping Center off of Union Mill Road in Centreville. We need volunteers to stop by and tidy up their window apartment, give them some food and water, and scoop their box. They wouldn't mind a little attention too!
